1. Accurate Package Information
To provide you with an accurate quote and prevent shipping delays, it is essential that you provide the correct dimensions (length, width, height) and weight for your package.
Carriers may verify these details. If a carrier determines that the provided dimensions or weight are incorrect, they may apply additional charges. As the shipper, you will be responsible for covering any costs incurred due to inaccurate package information. KOK will bill you for any discrepancies charged by the carrier.
2. Prohibited Items
KOK does not support the shipment of prohibited items such as hazardous materials, firearms, or perishable goods. Please refer to the carrier's prohibited items list for more details. Shipment of such items is strictly forbidden, and customers are liable for any consequences arising from attempting to ship them.
3. Tracking, Label Expiration, and Cancellations
A tracking number will be included with every shipping label we generate for you. This allows you to monitor your package's journey from drop-off to delivery.
Please note that all shipping labels must be used within 15 days of issuance. Expired labels cannot be refunded or reused.
If you need to cancel an order and request a refund, you must do so within 24 hours of the shipping label being sent to you via email. We cannot process cancellations or refunds for any requests made after this 24-hour window.
4. Refund Policy for Incorrect Label Information
If incorrect information is provided resulting in an unusable or invalid label, a refund may be requested within 24 hours of label issuance. Please note that each such refund is subject to a $20 processing fee.
5. Our Role, Liability Disclaimer, and Carrier Inquiries
KOK's service is to provide you with access to discounted shipping labels. We are not the shipping carrier.
Once you have your label and have dropped off your package, all questions or concerns related to the shipment itself—such as delivery status, delays, loss, or handling—must be directed to the carrier specified on your shipping label (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). KOK is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the carrier. Please use the provided tracking number when contacting them for assistance.

7. Privacy Policy
KOK values your privacy. All personal and package information provided is used solely for generating shipping labels and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Drop-Off Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package is dropped off at the correct carrier location as specified on the shipping label. Please follow the carrier's instructions to avoid delays or issues with your shipment.
